121 IN PERSON COACHING / PROGRAM DESIGN

£165/ MONTH

  • An in-depth 121 appointment per week to enhance your learning, you movement pattern and lifting technique qualities with the aim to deliver as much value as possible.

​

  •  An entirely individualised program tailored to your goals, supported by ongoing feedback and unlimited guidance for me, your coach.

​

  • Weekly detailed form checks and reviews of the exercises that you have done with training elsewhere to improve technique. Videos to be sent via Whatsapp and feedback will be given via text, voice or video.
     

  • Unlimited communication over Whatsapp with a response time of 24 hours or less.
     

  • Through this package, you won’t just be told what to do, but you will gain a deeper understanding of how to own individual should move and differ in technique and mechanics.

HYBRID

COACHING

£140/MONTH

  • This is a combination of 121 and Online Coaching. it is for those who cannot commit to more regular weekly sessions, but still want to benefit from hands on 121 coaching to better develop and master their lifting and training techniques.
     

  • A fully customised program down to every individual specific for you and your required exercise selections.

​

  • Dynamic daily updates, whether you need a simple program update to fix any fatigue issues or you just need a quick reminder or discussion on the new cues/technique you are working on.
     

  • Access to daily check ins, this is to analysis all your training footage firstly, and the stimulus we're running, but also for us to together discuss any necessary internal feedback which then creates a complete program design for you.
     

  • As each month goes by, we repeat the video consultation process, and have an in-depth conversation about the best steps moving forward from the current training cycle to next.

  • Select Regional & National Competition and meet day handling included.

LIFT STRONG SBD

£120

  • 3x 90 minute 121 Powerlifting specific coaching sessions to transform your lifts and put you on the path to progress more efficiently.
     

  • This service offers a detailed approach to each compound lift. Together we will focus on one lift per session developing the appropriate mechanics and techniques required for you to achieve development in your strength training.
     

  • Improve confidence.  
     

  • Improve technique.
     

  • Improve performance.
     

  • Effective warm up/activation strategies.
     

  • Develop the understanding of what mechanics and positioning to adopt for your best results.
     

  • Action plan for your continued progress.
